This Brickell condo kitchen hadn't been updated since the building was constructed in 2004. Dark wood cabinets, laminate countertops, and outdated appliances made the space feel small, dark, and disconnected from the adjacent living area. The homeowners wanted a bright, modern kitchen that maximized space and reflected their contemporary style.

Our design team created a comprehensive renovation plan that transformed every surface while working within the condo's structural constraints.

What We Changed

• Cabinetry: Replaced dark wood with custom white shaker cabinets featuring soft-close hardware and pull-out organizers
• Countertops: Installed Caesarstone quartz with a waterfall edge on the island, replacing old laminate surfaces
• Backsplash: Added a floor-to-ceiling herringbone tile backsplash in a soft gray that adds texture and depth
• Lighting: Replaced the single fluorescent fixture with recessed LEDs, under-cabinet lighting, and statement pendants over the island
• Appliances: Integrated panel-ready refrigerator and dishwasher for a seamless, built-in look
